Who we are

Lantern Intelligence ("Lantern", "we") is operated by NextGen Coding Company, based in New York, NY. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and software.

Information we collect

Account details you give us: name, email, job title, organization, and username.

Demo and pilot requests: the details you enter in our forms.

Evidence and case files you upload for processing.

Basic usage and technical data, such as pages visited and browser type, used to keep the service running.

How we use it

To create and run your account, process the files you upload, respond to requests, provide support, and improve the product.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer evidence to train AI models shared with other customers.

Customer evidence

Files you upload belong to you. They are processed only to deliver the service to you. For private cloud and on-prem deployments, evidence stays in the environment set up for your organization.

Access is limited to authorized users in your organization and, when you ask for support, our staff.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run Lantern (for example cloud hosting), when you direct us to, or when required by law.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you suspect a problem.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and case data while your account is active or as your agreement requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
